Diamond Automations, Inc. and Moba USA, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have joined forces in the Americas. The newly combined organization is named "Diamond Moba Americas". This organization is created to offer the most effective sales, service and spare parts network to the extensive customer base in North and South America for both brands.

Diamond Moba Americas combines the operations of Diamond Automations, Inc. in Farmington Hills MI, and Moba USA, Inc. in Lancaster PA. Support offices will provide close proximity to the customer base in the region.

Stan Drouen, Director Marketing and Sales for Diamond Moba Americas, explains: "The ongoing consolidation in the American egg industry causes egg packing stations to become more and more efficient and sophisticated, demanding ever increasing levels of service and support for their egg grading and packing equipment. By joining forces, our customers will benefit from the availability of nearby parts and service centers. Diamond Moba Americas will have parts and service support in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida and California, as well as Canada and Brazil."

Douglas P. Mack, newly appointed as President and CEO of Diamond Moba Americas, sees many opportunities in the new organization. Mack: "With the enhanced service and support network, we are truly united and we are accepting nothing less than service excellence. The Diamond Moba Americas team will be able to offer the entire combined product portfolio of two well established grader brands. This portfolio continues to be enriched with newly developed products and technologies."

Douglas P. Mack has been appointed to serve as President and CEO of Diamond Moba Americas. He brings a wealth of senior management experience gained during his career at GE Industrial & Power Systems and Munters Corporation. While at GE, Doug managed the service and parts operations of Industrial Systems. More recently, Doug served as Vice President and General Manager of Munters HumiCool Americas, an operation that manufactures environmental systems for the poultry, egg, livestock and horticulture markets as well as a variety of industrial markets.

Stan Drouen has joined the team to serve as Director of Sales and Marketing for Diamond Moba Americas. He brings with him more than twenty years of experience in sales management in capital equipment markets serving food and packaging Industries. Prior to joining Diamond Moba Americas, Stan spent time at Moba B.V., Stork Titan and Stork RMS
